As a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over a decade of dedicated experience, I bring a unique blend of holistic and clinical expertise to my practice. Beginning my career with a focus on holistic massage, I honed my skills in nurturing and restorative techniques. After five years of immersive work in backcountry cat and heli-ski lodges, I transitioned to a more clinical approach, addressing complex musculoskeletal issues and enhancing my therapeutic proficiency.
I am honoured to work with a diverse clientele, from high level athletes rehabbing injuries to busy moms looking for a stress reprieve. My approach is characterized by deep, slow, and intuitive techniques, including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Active Muscle Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Breathwork. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.
In addition to my massage therapy credentials, I am a certified 500-hour yoga teacher. This extensive training allows me to incorporate the principles of yoga into my practice, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
I have also discovered a passion for working with the pre and postnatal population. This enthusiasm has driven me to pursue specialized training in Prenatal Yoga Therapy, become a Postpartum Doula, and take RMT courses focused on the female pelvis.
